Working within the in-house web photo studio, responsible for spanx.com photography. The Web photographer is skilled in still life product photography, fashion photography and videography. The Web Photographer will also have an expert understanding of Photoshop and retouching techniques. Key Requirements Include: • Strong digital photography, lighting and compositional skills • 3+ years experience in a studio environment, shooting product on models • Produce high quality images, ensuring they are color consistent and correctly exposed • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One and entire Adobe Creative Suite • Must be detail-oriented, well organized, self-motivated and able to thrive in deadline driven environment. • Knowledge in set design, and lighting to capture an image that represents the product accurately with minimal photo retouching • Communicate with the Art Director and Photography team on a daily basis to ensure all imagery schedules are moving forward and deadlines are met • Proficiency in importing and editing video footing using final cut pro •Processing and cropping images, maintaining file size specification • Ability to work on your feet 8 hours a day and willingness to contribute to manual such as set break down, moving large objects, etc • Responsible for upkeep and care of all studio equipment, props, wardrobe and supplies • Ability to excel in excel within the dynamic demands of a rapidly growing company • Bachelor degree preferred
