415 Photography Portfolio (prerequisite 319 Photo Seminar II)
We will waive the prerequisite for students that want to take the course. In addition the course may be substituted for PHOT 319. The course is a seminar course for students that want to build a commercial portfolio. It is cross listed with graduate students PHOT 716 Commercial Photography II, again a portfolio building course.
PHOT 415 Photography Portfolio
Photography students select work and develop portfolios that meet market standards of professional quality. This course provides comprehensive guidelines for the critique and evaluation of portfolios for commercial and other types of applications. Seminar type discussions address professional goals, business plans, marketing tools, and interviewing styles. Prerequisite(s): PHOT 319.
