Event Documentation Opportunity

Hello photography faculty: We are in the process of completing plans for Vegas Night on Saturday, 02/11/2012. This is an annual event sponsored by Student Involvement, Residence Life and Housing and Counseling Student Support Services. This program is very engaging and creative with actual poke boards and games, besides other festivities.

We are trying to secure a few more photographers to document the night. I wanted to reach out to you for support in securing additional students. Their primary role would be to take photos throughout the night. These photos will eventually be shared with SAC.

Event information:

• Vegas Night: Saturday, 02/11 starting at 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.; arrive by 7:30 p.m. to take photos of the space before doors open.
