You MUST get departmental Administrative Assistant, Larry Murphy, to initial your form to confirm the date of submission. His office is in Bergen/210. Reviewer bios will be posted outside of Bergen 210 and on the main, 1st floor bulletin board. Portfolio review meetings will take place from April 24th - 25th at Bergen Hall.
