Local Internship

Internship at a local nonprofit
organization called Deep (deepkids.com). This internship serves as an
especially great portfolio-building opportunity for portrait
photographer. And in January, the photos will be published in an
anthology, alongside poems and stories written by public middle school
students in Savannah. We are taking applications now.

Go to this link, and apply:

Here is a little more about Deep:
Deep is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that runs creative writing
workshop for about 250 public middle school students every semester,
and at the end, we publish their best work. We collaborate with local
artists (illustrators, designers, photographers) to produce a
beautiful, professional books of the student's work and portraits.

Here is a little bit more about the internship:
Deep’s photographers (2-3 per semester) produce portraits of 120-200
students for publication in the student anthologies, shoot candid
photos for other publications and marketing, answer directly to the
Operations Manager, and work independently on all projects.
Photographers must be available for at least two days-a-week, between
the hours of 2 and 5pm, and provide own photography and editing
equipment. Video skills a plus
