Diapers.com has an immediate need for an experienced Photographer in our Camp Hill, PA warehouse to produce high quality digital product images in a studio setting for use in both e-commerce and print applications. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining a clear and consistent styling across a variety of products and compositions. The Photographer must be able to control and manipulate lighting, process and color correct images to support a wide variety of marketing and technical requirements. Organizational skills are key to maintaining our large asset database. Interested candidates must posses a BA/BS degree in Photography and/or 3-7 years of studio product photography experience and editing talent. A professional portfolio that demonstrates product photography along with color correction/manipulation examples is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish photo studio in our Camp Hill warehouse
• Produces a large quantity of high quality product images while upholding a consistent aesthetic throughout
• Produces a variety of web ready images for ecommerce application
• Utilizes photo processing software to manipulate and color correct images for use in web and possible print applications
• Communicates, supports, and consults with Merchandising and technical teams for assignments.
• Translates production requirements, creative direction and layouts into final image.
• Ensures the final image meets all quality control requirements prior to completion. This includes, focus, clean merchandise, image is calibrated and balanced color, registered, meets total curve and layout requirements, consistency, etc.
• Operates, maintains and organizes both photo equipment and studio to ensure proper care and performance
• Actively participates and provides input for continuous improvement with work process and procedures.
• Performs related duties, special projects as required while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills and creative problem solving abilities required.
• Must possess the ability to produce independently and be solution oriented.
• Undergraduate degree in a related art field, photography, and graphic art and/or equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
• Photography experience required.
• Photoshop Experience required.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines required.
• Must have proven abilities in studio photography and lighting, and working knowledge of Digital
