What kinds of roles are available on a SCADpro team?
It takes all kinds of students and diverse skill sets to make for a successful SCADpro project. Some students may primarily contribute "hard skills," or technical ones like drawing, illustration, 3D modeling, or fabrication. Other students develop their "soft skills," taking on roles like design lead, project manager, or relationship manager, which require strong communication and project leadership skills. All of these roles are critical to the SCADpro team, so students are encouraged to think about what skills they want to develop before their SCADpro experience begins.
