Lecture + Workshop: Experience Erwin Wurm’s whimsy with SCAD professor Justin Archer at SCAD MOA
Explore the captivating world of Erwin Wurm, where art comes to life in static and interactive forms as SCAD sculpture professor Justin Archer discusses the sculptural principles shared between his and Wurm’s work.
Focusing on the participatory elements of Erwin Wurm’s SCAD MOA exhibition, visitors will enjoy a lecture with Archer, a gallery talk with curator Ben Tollefson, and a mini workshop to create a unique version of the artist’s famed one-minute sculptures with photo documentation.
This event is open to the public with the cost of admission and is free for SCAD Card holders and museum members.
