Unbound by conventional standards, artist’s books play with the dichotomy between traditional cover-to-cover tomes and new mediums of self-expression. Whether you’re challenging or embracing the book as an art form, submissions of all binds are encouraged — sculptural, conceptual, literal, atypical — just include an artist statement for works expanding the boundaries. Winning books will be purchased for SCAD Libraries’ growing collection.
This competition is open to SCAD students only. Collaborations are welcome. Enter up to three works per person or per group. Fill out the required forms and submit your entry by Friday, April 28.
