Every year, SCAD organizes an Alternative Spring Break to assist our students in building their professional portfolio while giving back to the community. This year we will be working locally with the Savannah Wildlife refuge and Clean Coast Savannah. CLEAN COAST is looking to re-brand themselves and bring their graphic, digital and media design up to date. The creative process will also involve cleaning the shorelines of Savannah National Wildlife refuge and recycling the trash into art that supports sustainability.
We need a talented photography student who can represent SCAD and capture images of the project's journey. The dates are from March 20-25. Please apply at blog.scad.edu/serve/sign-up/
Students completing the work will receive a a free trip to Carowinds Theme Park.
