The Artists Book submissions are now officially open! There are also two exhibits now open in the library displaying all student work to help inspire students for the competition. Below are a couple of reminders for you and your students.
- All students must submit their physical book to the library by May 3rd.
There is a shortcut to get to the Artists Book Competition page, which will tell you everything you need to know about the event and also includes a link to the submission form. Please see below where to find that shortcut. Share with students and faculty and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are looking forward to seeing everyone's work, please encourage your students to participate as there are quite a few opportunities that this event presents- I have included a few below.
- By entering the competition, competitors are automatically in the group exhibition on the day of the Artists' Book Competition. A great resume addition.
- All competitors are in the running to be included in the library exhibition after the competition for the rest of the spring quarter.
- Winners may be contacted by the library for the purchase of your book for the Atlanta Library Artists' Book Collection, students set the price of their work.
