Business/Taxes for Freelancers
On Friday, February 24th at 5pm, come to the SCAD Student Center to
hear CPA / tax attorney Daniel Rowe discuss taxes for freelancers. This
will be a great opportunity for students to learn about running your
own business from a professional.A presentation/discussion with Daniel Rowe, CPA/Tax Attorney with extensive experience working with creatives in a small business or freelance capacity.
Topics of Discussion: The ins and outs of setting up a business, filing taxes, what can I deduct? Taxing goods vs. services, etc.
