Critical Exposure is searching for a dynamic and experienced 
organizational leader to be our next Program Director to lead 
our youth organizing programs that train DC youth of color 
ages 14-24 in community organizing, photography, storytelling, 
and action planning. 

 

We're looking for someone who is passionate about our mission 

to develop the capacities of DC youth so they can tell their stories 

and work collectively to address social injustices that directly 

impact their lives. 

 

The starting salary for this position is $65,000-75,000, 

and compensation is commensurate with experience.
