The School of Liberal Arts presents John T. Edge
The award-winning writer, director and editor, will read and discuss his latest book, The Potlikker Papers: A Food History of the Modern South. His research as a leading expert in food customs of the American South are revealed in his work where he discusses how Southerns shaped the American culinary identity. This event is open to the public and will be followed by a Q & A and book signing.
