Looking at a portrait is a dynamic relationship rather than a passive reception. Can a photograph ever be seen free of personal associations, without allowing preconceived images and experiences to affect its impact? This interactive installation uses photography and video to explore identity. The work challenges conventional ways of perception and allows the viewers to transform the artwork and draw their personal conclusions.
