* Open studio with Ellen Susan, the only practicing (9 years experience) wet collodion photographer in Savannah
*Continuous live wet plate/tintype portraits of guests will take place on site - images can be viewed within minutes of exposure

*Opportunities to get information about internships (both with Ellen and with the Center for Alternative Photography in New York)

Best dressed/best portrait of the evening (subject to the decision of a
panel of experts) also wins a free portrait - winner announced at 7:30,
must be present to win. So wear something really interesting, or bring a
great prop!

Chance to see a variety of 19th century and 20th c. photographic
equipment, some of it antique, some of it just kind of old and broken
down, but still working.
• We'll be using studio strobes to create a unique 19/21st century look. Old process+new technology = best of both worlds.
