Silver Eye Center for Photography announces a Call for Entries for Fellowship 17, our international photography competition. Now in its 16th year, this competition recognizes both rising talent and established photographers from all corners of the globe and from the state of Pennsylvania.

International Award Winner	Keystone Award Winner
The International Award is open to all U.S. and international photographers. Solo exhibition at Silver Eye opening early 2017 $3,000 cash prize Online gallery on Silver Eye’s website (with link to artist website) Media outreach and promotion	The Keystone Award is reserved for an artist currently living and/or working in the state of Pennsylvania. Juror’s Commendations
