Graduate Class Gift
Graduate Students of the class of ’08 are encouraged to submit work for the 2008 Graduate Class Gift. Selected works will be presented to SCAD as a class gift and sold at the Scholarship Gala the following year. Work can include past work as well as current pieces and may range from painting to furniture to metals and jewelry – all submissions are welcome! Proceeds will be donated to a graduate degree scholarship selected by participating students.
To apply, please send an email by Friday, April 11, that contains a brief concept statement, explanation (visual or written) of process, and a photo of the piece at its current state. This will then be followed by a selection process with final pieces to be due Monday, May 5th. Participants will be honored at a reception on Friday, May 9.
