WHAT THEY WILL LEARN:
Learn the process by which studios deliver assets globally. Gain a
better understanding of what publicity material is released and why as
well as its affect on a campaign. Better understand how international
publicity photography and video assets affects a
global campaign.
DUTIES:
Use the Image.net system
to deliver images to territory offices. Update our approval records
to ensure talent and filmmaker approvals are accurately noted. Keep our
Photo shoot placement charts up to date. Create reports when needed on
our placements of Photo and Video materials globally. Help edit down
photo selects from event coverage and email
to the team as needed. Light retouching on photos if necessary.
TECH REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of Mac and PC, Photoshop and basic retouching skills. Ability
to quickly and effectively edit down a large select of photos to the
best few. Attention to detail. Computer savvy. Takes great notes and can
creatively present data into an easy to read
visual summary. Must be very organized. Bilingual a plus
REQUIREMENTS:
· Photo-Major,
Photography coursework, Video Coursework as well as interests in Publicity and Marketing.
· Must
be enrolled in school as a rising junior or senior
