Zichermann is CEO of Gamification Co. and Dopamine Inc., and author of
“The Gamification Revolution,” “Gamification by Design” and “ Game-Based
Marketing.” Zichermann defined industry standards and frameworks for
adopting gamification as a tool to engage audiences from consumers to
students, and his books continue to be key reference materials within
the industry.
