If you are looking for an inspiring Drawing Elective Winter quarter, I
am offering DRAW320, Non-Objective Drawing (section 01, CRN 21315).
This
class is all about creating a body of personal work that we will
exhibit off campus with a reception at the end of the quarter (great for
you resume). We'll start off by looking at professional non-objective
series of drawings, and talking about "what constitutes a drawing?"
Since your work won't be based upon the physical world or observational
drawing, you can concentrate on expressing what's going on inside of
your mind. Materials can vary from traditional to alternative -- your
only limit is what you can bring into class for studio time.
It is currently scheduled to meet Tues - Thurs
11 am, Wallin Hall room 103. Please contact me with any
questions or for more information. I hope to see you in class!
Sincerely,
--
